Who are we?

STROPDASSEN.STORE is a webshop. The operator is responsible for processing your personal data; privacy questions via privacy@stropdassen.store.

Privacy policy: what data do we process?

Order data: name, address, email address and order history — needed to deliver your order (performance of a contract).
Account data: your login and saved addresses when you create an account.
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment processor; we never store full card details.
Correspondence: emails and form messages you send us.
Technical data: log files and cookies needed for the functioning and security of the site.

Who do we share data with?

Only with parties needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), carriers for delivery, our hosting and email provider, and Cloudflare (security and CDN). We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention

We keep order and invoice data as long as tax retention rules require. Other data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your rights under this privacy policy

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email privacy@stropdassen.store. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
