This page explains shipping and returns. Check the delivery options and charges available for your address during checkout, before you pay.

Destinations and delivery charges

Available destinations, delivery options and charges are calculated for your address in the basket or at checkout. If free delivery is available for your order, it will be shown there. If you have a question about your destination before ordering, email info@stropdassen.store.

Processing and delivery

Delivery time depends on the available delivery method and destination. Need an order for a particular date? Ask us about the options before ordering. If you have already ordered and need help with delivery, email bestellingen@stropdassen.store with your order number.

Following your order

Use the tracking details supplied for your order. If it is missing or the delivery status is unclear, email bestellingen@stropdassen.store with your order number.

Returns (14 days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (statutory right of withdrawal). This is how it works:

Register your return in advance at retour@stropdassen.store including your order number.
Send the item back unworn and in its original condition; we will provide the return address.
After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase amount — including the standard outbound delivery costs — within 14 days via the same payment method.

Return postage costs are at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
