Whatever your question, we are glad to help. Below you can read per topic which details are useful to include in your message so we can handle your enquiry straight away.

Product advice. Not sure which tie suits your shirt, suit or occasion? Briefly describe the colour and fabric of your shirt and the type of occasion in your email. Our range runs from understated plain ties to stripes, checks, dots, paisley and florals, and we also carry extra-long XL models. Questions about your order. Always include your order number when writing about a placed order; you will find it in the confirmation email. We can then assist you directly, for example with an address change before dispatch or a question about your order status. Our shipping and returns page and the frequently asked questions already answer the most common order and delivery questions.

Registering a return. You may return your order within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason. First register your return via retour@stropdassen.store with your order number, then send the article back by post. The return shipping costs are your own, unless we made an error or the article arrived damaged. After receipt we refund the full purchase amount including the outbound shipping costs. You will find the complete conditions on the shipping and returns page. For independent information about your consumer rights you can consult the Citizens Advice consumer service.

Payment and shipping. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact or a wallet such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95 and is free from €50. To Belgium and Germany the rate is €7.95, free from €75. To the other EU countries the rate is €12.95, free from €100. We also ship worldwide for €12.95.
